Hard gainer?
October 18, 2008Well here it goes. I’ve been lifting for about 5 mos now. Lifting heavy, low reps. Taking NO Explode before workouts, protien shakes, cellmass, but I just don’t seem to be gaining. I know I’ve lost alot of fat and maybe I am gaining muscle, but my weight just stays where its at. Def getting stronger and feeling more healthy. Energy levels are up, so nothing to complain about. It would be nice to start adding some solid mass though.
