PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. AND BUILDING YOUR BODY IS A TIME GAME. I WOULD RATHER TAKE MY TIME AND GET THE RESULTS NATURALLY VERSUS JUMPING THE GUN AND GETTING SOMETHING ARTIFICIALLY. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT.

I FEEL THAT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO TRULY HAVE A FREAKY BUILD YOU NEED TO HAVE FREAKY EVERYTHING. HUGE ARMS. WIDE BACK. BULGING LEGS. THICK CHEST. HONKING TRAPS. BALLOONED CALVES. RIPPLING FOREARMS. DUDES THAT LOOK LIKE UNSYMMETRICAL "UPSIDE DOWN TRIANGLES" NEED TO RECONSIDER TRAINING THEIR LEGS TO MATCH THEIR UPPER BODY.

FUNNY HOW ONE CAN PLAN THEIR WHOLE DAY AROUND THE GYM. WHEN AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO EAT. HOW MUCH SLEEP THEY NEED THAT NIGHT. WHEN TO TAKE A NAP DURING THE DAY. WHAT ACTIVITIES TO DO DURING THE DAY SO THAT IT WONT TAKE AWAY FROM THEIR WORKOUT. SOME MAY CALL IT PATHETIC BUT I CALL IT BLISS. I WOULD N0T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY.
