I am fat. The pictures do not lie. I’ve been in denial. What has happened to my lean toned body. My mental body image is not what I see in my photos.
I must accept I’ve lazy and undisciplined. Yes, I eat at McDonalds, Burger King and taco bell, more than 4 times I week. Yes there is Ice cream in my refrigerator. It time for change. Yes, I had donouts last week.
I haven’t worked my abs in months. My abs are completely disgusting.


Bodyspace has made aware of the dedication I must have to diet and exercise to have a fit toned body.
I must change now.

The day started out good with 90 minutes of spinning.
B: 1 Cup oatmeal
L: Wendys double cheese burger
S: Amy’s burritos
D: Japanese Hibachi Steak & Shrimp, bottle of chardonnay.
Nutritionally it was a very bad day:( This is no way to get rid of of my soft belly

This is very daunting, everyone on this site is ultra-fit, it was very humbling to upload my pictures. Recently, I’ve got back into openwater swimming and I went to be very competitive in my age group.
I’ve consulted with a masters swim coach and he told me to be competitive I need to get my body fat under 10%, improve my core strength, and aggressively build my upper body strength. I’ve trained on lifefitness machines for years, but am now swithing to free weights. I’ve been reading about clean eating and carb cycles, but I have alot of questions.
Todays Progress:
Cardio - None
Weight Training - None
Diet:
B: Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese, Orange Juice(2Cups)
S: Banana
L: Greek Salad
S: Walnuts, McD’s: Snack Wrap
D: Chickbreast, Cottage Cheese
Water: > 8 glasses
Not a great day, but none the less I’ve started!!
