Sorry for beeing inactive here. I’ve been sick for about a month now. I will tell you guys about it in a post with pics coming up later. It will take some time to read all my pm and pofile comments, but I will answer as fast as I can. Thank you for everything, guys. You are amazing.
Even tho I’ve become alot more weaker after about a month in bed, I am back with more energy and guts than ever. I will post a new progress pic in this second so that you can see what a month in bed do to your body..
Hope every one of you are doing well!
Best wishes, Zoey.

Just thought I should use this post to say thank you to all of you bodyspacers who has encouraged me to stay focused and never give up! Thing are going so much better now since I became a member of this site. Bodyspace has really given me the kick in the butt I needed to get that fat ass going!
I have some problems with camera, but I’ll post a new progress picture in a few days. Things are doing great – thanks to you guys! I’ve lost 2 kg (4.4lb) since my last update picture taken six days ago. More to come, looking forward to this journey to really kick in!
Kick in the butt to all of you,
Best wishes – Zoey.

This is my first blog here, so be nice… First of all, if you are reading this I must make an apology for my terrible English. I’m from Norway, so we rather keep it in Norwegian (of course) Sorry again
I’ll try to do my best:
I started smoking six years ago - at an age of 13. Not a long time, you say? Well, it was way too long for me! Since then I’ve had around 20 cigarettes a day. My body was totally out of condition, but I never really noticed what this hell of a poison did to my body until I started at the gym an got on the treadmill. It screamed to me - straight on the screen - “You are in REALLY bad condition!”
It’s probably bad to blame others than myself, but I actually think my biggest problem was my girlfriends. EVERY ONE OF THEM had and still has at least 20 a day. When we hang out - that is (sadly) what we did. Anywhere, anytime and everyone - no exceptions. You get affected by people around you - I did, and I saw it hard for me to try change my lifestyle on my own, all by myself.
I started explicit training for my condition and noticed some improvement. But still, stupid me, kept my cigarette close to my right hand and never really accomplished my short-term goals. It must have looked rather stupid to watch me light up my cigarette as the first thing to do when I got out of the gym? YES!
I just couldn’t quite understand it until i quitted. - And 22nd of November 2008 I DID! Today is my 3rd totally smoke-free month, and I am going to celebrate it with my beloved girlfriends. Helene has made dinner for all of us, and later on we are going in to the city for a coffee. (Sugar free tea on me, of course)
And just by the way - today I had the best bicep-session ever. Pump, pump it up!
It aches so badly - and I’ve never felt better! Looking forward to tomorrow - my glutes to go! Sincerely, your 3-month smoke-free Zoey
