tried new routine today from mens fitness magazine. its called the non-cardio fatloss, it lasts for 8 weeks. today being week 1 tried it got tired and sweaty. You do exercises in a row called a complex using heavy weights for 6-8 reps without rest. each week is a different exercise (or complex) and volume, also you can keep your current routine up until week 5 because it starts to get heavy, hopefully its a change of pace and i loose some fat.
