Well here some Cliff notes on what’s been going on with me since my past blog.
I found a new gym, 24 hrs Super sport, very nice gym, nice equipment and they honored the price I was paying in the other gym, cool.
I been trying to bulk with no results haha, I been losing weight, it’s ok I still have some fat left I just wanted to look more muscular before cutting.
I been sick and I haven’t been to the gym for the past 4 days, I know it sucks, I been having allergies, a stomach virus, lack of sleep and me and my GF are on sime time off she kept me going and now I just don’t feel like doing anything, motivation is gone, I’m pushing myself to eat, maybe I just need to go to the gym and sweat and work out, I don’t know but I’ll be alright, at least I hope so.
Well that’s it for todays updates, I’ll be around, specially in the Misc. to get a good laugh, don’t forget to stop by and drop me a line!

Well about a week ago my gym got closed down so they transfered all the member to Gold’s Gym, I was very excited about this, until I went and work out to the new gym.
The gym is nice, nice equipment but there’s 2 things I didn’t like…..
The new Gym is about 10 miles further and there’s just too crowded, just imagine all the current member plus all the other members from my old gym, it was madness!
So now I have to cancel my membership, and try to find a new gym, I don’t even know where to start now, and I don’t have the time to test every single gym in my area.
Ehh, by the way my legs are still sore from past sunday workout, I been walking like a robot, good stuff!

Good Morning everybody,
Well Saturday night was the chit, I got to do a cheat meal, hehe, Pizza rolls stuffed with Shrimp and some other weird Cheeses, it was badass! right after that I took my GF to see 300 on the IMAX, talk about getting motivated with all those 6 packs (no homo)
We woke up the next day to go and workout and I decided to make it a arms and legs day, I decided to do some squats since I’ve been slacking the legs since I started working out, I was at the gym and my legs were calling me "come one, punish me, muahahaha" so without a doubt I started doing squats and let me tell ya it was INTENSE!
So I woke up today and I was a little late for work, sat on my bed, turn off the alarm and then this is when all hell broke loose…I tried to get up…..I could almost hear my legs laughing at me, so I decided to be a Spartan and tried it one more time, I won, took a shower and got on my way to work.
Now I been walking kinda weird, stiffed legged weird, people were asking me if I was ok, if I got raped last night, if I was constipated, then again I could almost hear my legs laughing at me, I just told them I did some squats.
For the legs laughing at me, it’s ok, just wait until next "legs day", it’s going to be MADNESS!

Well Thursday night I went and workout with my GF until midnight, got home drank my protein shake then went to sleep around 2am, woke up at 6 to go to work…
Once at work I started feeling really sleepy I couldn’t stand it, ate something small then took a nap in my car which helped a little, but the rest of the day I was feeling like if I close my eyes for 10 sec. I would’ve pass out!
Got home around 8 pm then went to sleep around 9:30 and woke up at 6 all charged and refreshed.
Now that I been thinking "I think" I woke up thrusday night and took a 3mg of melatonin, which I don’t remember at all that’s why I was feeling like crap on friday!
The moral of this blog is if you are thinking on taking Melatonin make sure you can get 8 hours of sleep or more, if not… DON’T TAKE IT!

Well I’m glad I joined this site, everybody’s being really cool, learning every single time I log into this badass site whixh is almost every hour..I think I’m addicted…
Anyways, I just recently found out why I was skinny (6′1 weighting 209 lbs) and I still have some fat around me that I couldn’t get rid of, it seem like cardio didn’t help, well I’m one of those "skinnyfat" people, lost close to 60 pounds in 5 or so months, I didn’t exercise and I was eating crap.
I got some really good advice from ChickenTuna, I just gotta eat right and clean and lift hard and hopefully in 3 months I’ll be able to take off my shirt this summer.
So far I’ve gained 1-2 pounds, waist is getting smaller, arms and back are getting bigger and that is just enough motivation for me to keep going!
It pays to learn and being proactive.
