I just wanna hear some personal experiences with clenbuterol powder… and how you used it?

Was doing some more research on Clen and thought I would answer you. I have been training for years and have used ECA stacks and Clen.
I use Clen on a 2 week on two week off phase using Ephedrine during the two week off phase.
I start with 2mg and then increase my dosage to 100mg by day 8. I have never felt the need to take more and I do not taper down at the end of a phase.
I weigh 52kg, train 1 hr a day Weights and Cardio 3 times weekly.
Side effects I have experienced are similar to those of Ephedrine, but I did get stomach cramps…which went away when i drank enough water.
It certainly works. my last cycle I started with a BF of 18% and reduced this to 12% by the end of the second cycle.
