Front DB Raises- 1×10 15lbs
1×10 20lbs
1×8 25lbs
1×6 30lbs
Smith Machine Upright Rows- 1×10 25lbs
1×8 30lbs
1×6 35lbs.. took off the 10’s and did 6 more reps with 25lbs
Behind Shrugs Smith Machine- 3×12 45lbs
DB Shrugs- 3×12 55lbs
