A cold… runny, stuffy nose, little headache…
Having a cold doesn’t help ….. Is working out with a slight cold bad or is it OK? I don’t have any congestion in my chest, but I don’t think I can run, with my nose almost 100% stuffed.
Anyone with some Fall/Winter workout tips????

Zaria….I’ve found that doing what I can, atleast getting my heart rate up and sweating, sometimes loosens up my nose and even has helped me through sinus pain. BUT make sure you have a complete change of cloths! No leaving the gym in sweaty rags and hitting that chilly, rainy air!!!
So I would, tentively, suggest 30-45 minutes of WALKING on the treadmill, varying incline depending on how strong/weak you feel, and some high rep, high rest time weight training. But most importantly, listen to your body!!!
