HELP… My entire lower body is HURTING like a MUG!!! What can I do….
I can’t walk, I can’t sit.. and talk about going to the restroom…. it’s HELL!!!! I did a leg workout on Monday night with my hubby, who I don’t like to work out with because he thinks I’m a sissy. So off course, I tried to do it EXTRA!!!
Well, last night I couldn’t even put my babies to bed I simply passed out on the daybed in my daugthers bedroom. My hubby had to cover for me!
What can I use, I swear, my musble pain is like 100% worse then his. Other then Ibuprophen, what can I use???

I don’t think you can find any thing to help. Just enjoy it, then go back to the gym in a couple of days and do the same thing over. You will feel better when you do another leg workout.

I love the soreness of working out, it makes me feel like I did something right.

Soreness is not an indication of a good workout. Chalk that down to bro science. Some studies suggest that supplementing with glutamine can reduce muscle soreness and enhance recovery times. That being said, Bengay is always a good standby.
