I’ve been threatening for a while to do this, and finally last night, while making a healthy shrimp dinner for my family, I multi-cooked and made some protein pancakes (no recipe, just from memory of stuff I read on here…) Well, they turned out GREAT!!! Even my 9 year old daughter liked them!
Lesson: You’ll only do new things/better things for your health, once you TRY them… looking at the recipe, reading about OTHER people doing it, won’t get it into your body! Try it, you just might like it!
Now I’m going to search for recipe’s and start playing around with them to see how I can make them even more tasty and good for me at the same time… can anyone say "Blueberries/Vanilla Essence, etc."
Wow, I’m so excited, I’m just sipping on the last of my Protein Shake and I’m having a Tuna Sandwich (home-made) and a Baked Sweet Potatoe for lunch, another protein shake for midday snack (I need to put some variety in this area right here… ) and for dinner tonight I’m making Burgers (Whole Wheat Buns, 90% Lean Beef and a whole lot of Jazzing up with veggies.
