I mix one scoop of Superpump with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and 8 oz of ice cold water before I go to the gym (which is also at 4:15 am.) Also Scivation Xtend is fantastic (2 scoops in a liter of water) drink while working out - love this stuff! I don't use any fat burners/thermogenics for energy, they make me feel too weird.
