ARRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH - TIME OUT!!!
Ok, I get it now..
1. I cannot NOT have a WRITTEN PLAN - DAILY PLAN - Does anyone have a sample daily plan I can work from please?
2. I cannot keep a Food Journal in my HEAD!!!! I just put my food down for today and guess what, it’s 12:38pm, and I’ve only eaten ONEĀ meal…. at 7:00AM thisĀ morning… I’m grossly underfeeding my wonderful body - which makes it hold onto the stores it has for food - cause I’ve been STARVING it from nutrition.
3. I cannot keep an Exercise Journal in my HEAD!!!! - enough said!
4. I need to go back to basics -stop reading about P90X, 30-day Shred, Heart Rate Workouts, etc. etc. and just stick to the plan I have and work THAT PLAN to it’s max, and then expect to see some results.
I need a reality check…. FAIL to PLAN (Food, Exercise, Water, Rest) = PLANNING TO FAIL (staying in the same place I’ve been stuck in for all my adult life….. )
Now make that CHOICE and keep making it daily till what you see and what you’re expecting to see match up!

first, calm down.
second, this is about changing your life. you are going to have to give up some of the fun stuff you currently do - at least for a while until you get the hang of this. you pick, that’s not my job.
use these resources.
fitday.com. all day long, log in your every morsel of food. it does 2 things. 1. it reminds you to eat 6 meals. 2. it educates you on the food you are eating.
next, never workout withou a note pad. I went to the grocery store and bought a little note pad book (faux leather with a pocket for little pads and some credit card sized slots - useful for the gym membership card). between sets, write down what the set was. this way you are too busy to fraternize with the workout distractors.
last, forget the plans. picka body part and work. to many peole at the beginning get obsessed with "doing it right" if you are at the beginning, you are so far off, it doesn’t matter where you start.
personally, for women, I like lot’s of back work and very little chest work - it makes you look a lot better (posture) and you don’t even have to buy a better bra to fake us all out.
little tricks,
3 min of cardio, then go do some lifting or calistnics (pushups or situps), then repeat. this way your heart rate is up while lifting to build muscle which increases your metabilism which allows you to eat how you want, which allows you to return to the fun things you gave up in step number 2.
see it’s easy.
