2nd day….
1st Day went awesome, on the food front.. terrible on the exercise front.. but I will not be discouraged.. I’ve made some key learnings about myself.. I’m NOT good at exercising during the day if I haven’t made the effort first thing in the morning… so I’m going to have to HONE in on that AM exercise thing and BLAST myself into this challenge!!!!
OK, I’ve done it.. I started working out!! Yeah, didn’t do any cardio, cause silly me, forgot my I-Pod in my car and I commute over an hour to get to work… but I did do my First Upper body workout and by the way my shoulders are screaming right now, I didn’t do too shabby a job either… thanks for the motivation I’ve found on this site.. I’m really grateful!
