I don’t have much time to write down what I felt about the placings last night at the Olympia. All I know is that that show was rigged! ARE YOU SERIOUS….JAY?! Yeah don’t get me wrong I thought that he looked pretty good but he was not the best and never has been in my opinion. There were competitors there last night that EASILY should have placed higher than they did…but I think that my friend Brandon said it the best…please read what he wrote:
"Does anyone else feel that Jay Cutler should not have won? Yeah, he looked much better then last year but he still didn’t look the best. There are a number of people that were looking better. I think Jay Cutler had a 4th or 5th place body this year.
The top four for me would have been ,in no particular order, Branch Warren, Dexter Jackson, Kai Greene, and Phil Heath. It is hard to place them from 1st to 4th however because they all brought something different and unique to the table, especially Kai Greene. Kai Greene has a totally different body type then a Dexter Jackson or a Phil Heath and his legs are probably the best out there right now. Branch Warren brought it this year. He was looking good. Dexter Jackson was looking great as usual, no surprise there. Phil Heath was a little big then i remember. He didn’t disappoint.
Sixth place should have gone to someone else. Victor Martinez’s legs were small and his upper body was not that much better. I know his has knee issues but if you are going to give sixth place away like that why not give it to Joel Stubbs. He has knee problems too. The dude is 6?3" and has a better upper body then most of the shorter guys. Arguably he has the best back in the business right now.
All the bodybuilders looked great and they all deserved to be there but the placings where i mess in my opinion. It could just be me though. Does anyone else have an opinion on this?"
So, are there any OTHER thoughts on this show?

Hmmm, so in my opinion the directions on this product should say "take 2 capsules" not 1 at a time…Here’s why I say that: after my first week of taking this product my body got use to the jolt of energy that I got from it. So, whether I was supposed to or not, I changed the dosage…however I did NOT exceed the dosage…I don’t have to. I took 2 capsules at the beginning of my day and had continuous energy so much so that I didn’t need to take my afternoon nap (the nap I take after work lol) I also recognized the appetite suppressant qualities as well. I have lost 4 pounds so far. A part of me wants to believe that i lost more because I weighed myself during my period.
In all…until next time…It’s all good~!

So …ha ha I always use "so" but oh well. Ok, "so" at my week mark of using this product I noticed that yes I did get a jolt of energy 15-20 minutes after taking it. However; after my body got used to it my energy started to fade within hmmm 3 hours or so. I am only supposed to take 1 capsule twice a day…I wonder if my body will respond differently if I took 2 capsules at the beginning of my day??? Needless to say by the end of this week, my body got used to the product…

So, how’s it going!!!? to all who may be curious…I haven’t stopped training or anything however other things have been taking my focus away from training…needless to say they haven’t been that great to the point where I wanted to blog ’bout them.
I’m trying to lose body fat and gain muscle (who isn’t) It seems that yes, I have put on some size here and there, but I need to see what I really have gained in the year or so, which is why I am trying to lose fat.

Good day Everyone!!!
So, I am sitting at my desk in my office, eating and tuna and spinach salad when I realized that its been a while since I have post a blog. I could write eveyday, but I don’t want to bore anyone.
So here’s the update:
Training has been GREAT!
I can lift for days and days but running continuously was always a challenege. So I added running to my training schedule. Last week (monday) I could barely do a mile without stopping. Yesterday though…I did 12 laps! It took me a while bout 18 minutes. but I felt GREAT! Some of you are mostlikely laughing, but 12 laps is great for me. Tonight I will do 13 laps dagnabbit:) Oh, by the way, 9 laps equals a mile according to the track at school.
Eating habits…hmmm:
Well, there is no excuse. My friend Yetta (HHHEEEYYY) sent me an eating plan. Although I did start it, I didn’t continue it. Now, I am back on track, however, I feel I may need a little support. Temptation is a MoFo and I don’t get much support at home…can you all help a sista out?!
Life:
I completed this school year out with a B+ average:) That brought up my overall GPA so I am happy. Right now I am doing summer classes so life is steadily busy.
Ok, enough about me, whats up with you all?!
peace,
Yetta

Hey Everyone!!
This is my first blog to kind of start off this year. I am relatively new to Bodyspace, but far from new to Bodybuilding.com. I love this site:)
Its about time for me to start handling my business. I have been seriously working out since 2003 early 2004. I have made gains thus far but now I want to look my best! The hard part is doing it on a college-student budget:-/
Next week (monday) I will start a new workout and new diet! I love bodybuilding however, I would like to have a "figure competitor’s" body, so I know I have tons of work to do!.
Wish me luck!
i hope to hear from you all very soon:)
peace,
yetta
