The party was great, but one thing..
Tuesday, September 18th, 2007The last time I went to the gym was on September 14, 2007. I worked out my Upper body, and had some help from my love, Rivi, at the gym. I did 2 different workouts for each muscle group, where the second workout only had one set. I worked my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, and some abs. For abs, I did crunches till failure about three times. My failure count was about 35ish, layed flat with my feet elevated. I was pressed for time, (to go to work), but I managed to do 5 minutes on the bike machine.
Saturday, September 15, 2007, was party day. I went to work, early in the morning. I got home at about 6 PM, re-twisted Rivi’s hair, and then rested for about an hour. By that time, it was about 9:30 PM. We both had to work early the next morning, so we werent planning on staying that long. I know I said I would take pics on my last blog, but time did not permit us to stop by a store and grab a disposable. You would think, why doesn’t she have a digital camera? Well, I don’t. I wore some tight, badd ass blue jeans, a light green camy with a tan mid arm length shirt over it, and some brown leather cute boots. I complimented the boots with a brown/tan, Ann Klein purse with a leather strap. I was mad at myself for screwing with the facial make-up. It was a hot mess, I tell ya. I was too lazy to take it off, and do it over. I didnt feel like it, I know. Anyways, I didn’t dance, cause I wasn’t comfortable with my body as much. This is the biggest, my associates have seen me since they’ve known me. I wasn’t mad at myself, nor disappointed because I am doing something about it now! Well, anyways, my stomach, sometimes be the last thing to show through my clothes, and it did at the party. That is how I know I gained madd weight. Even though, this aint the biggest I have been, it sure has been a minute. I still caught some others eyes, but it doesn’t mean that I’m good with the weight I am carrying. It is not healty to have 45% body fat wether or not you look like it. We left the club, where the VIP party was, at about 1 AM.
On Monday, September 17, I worked out my Lower Body. I did my quads, Hams, and calves. I did cardio for 15 minutes, prior to my lower body workout. The work out felt great. I did 2 machines for each muscle group. When I got home, I drank 2 scoops of my Whey Protein vanilla mix with one glass of 1% milk.
