Last week i decided to make a change in my training program. I change from split workouts to full body workouts. Does anyone use full body workouts in his program? I would like to hear opinions and suggestions. For example how many sets and reps per each muscle group? Is it necessary to do isolation exercises (biceps, triceps) or should i stack to compound exercises only (squats,bench press, pull ups, dips etc)? If someone has experience in full body workouts i would appreciate to give me some tips. Thanks guys!
