First cut up phase
September 21, 2008Alright, two days ago I started a phase up getting cut up, and trying to really make my abs pop. I need to lose my love handles to begin with, but I don’t think that should be a problem with the new cardio cycle I am doing. I basically reached my previous goal of weight, now to get rid of the wrong weight and keep on the good stuff. I actually ran last night 4.3 miles on the eliptical and then another 1 mile on the tredmill. After that I was a little sore from a previous days leg workout, but felt really good about it. I will continue to train the abs on an almost daily basis to try to shred them even more. With a little motivation (ie progress pics) and a little support, I should be looking beach worthy in no time.
