Day 2 - Pure Karbolyn Review
Day 2 - Legs
Today it was time to do some major work on my legs. I’m just getting over an injury that had me down for a few months so I was pretty excited to be able to do squats again
Here’s my list of events:
0400 - Wake
0415 - Ate Banana, down Nitro Fire (N.O. product) drank 1/2 cup coffee
0430 - Hit the weights
10min prior to my session ending I mixed Karbolyn with the last 10oz of Xtend I had in my shaker bottle. It actually didn’t taste too bad, the only thing different this morning was an slight increase in my heart rate. I didn’t feel as if I was swelling up anymore than I already was but I will still continue to pay close attention to my body’s reaction.
30min post workout - Homemade “Muscle Shake” (1Banana, 2tbsp PB, 1.5 scoop WPI, ice).
I will chart my growth (if any) every 3-4 days. Hopefully something interesting will happen….
