Ok, I normally do a 2 on 1 off schedule. This post happens to start on my actual “Day 2″ so today is a scheduled off day for me. I plan hitting the pavement and running 2miles + stairs. Again, when my forgetful @ss settles down I will load my before pics. My main goal is to put on quality lean mass until I begin my precontest phase. Not sure if one should try to cut with this stuff?
