Shoulders

My wrist is nearly back to 100% Baby!!!!!!  I completely demolished my shoulders today and followed up my workout with my own little homemade muscle shake :D   It’s actually nothing special, it’s 3 bananas, 2scoops protein 1tbsp natural PB, ice and water.  Tonight I’ll strap on my snow boots and knock out some cardio by treading some snow!

Wrist pain

Ok, so my wrist pain is slowly but surely going away and I am now able to do pulling movements in the gym.  I still can’t press or curl but I did knockout a great (modified) back workout! I did balloon up pretty nice as well, I guess the 3week break from the weights helped in a weird way?  I hate missing the gym though, hopefully I’ll be back 100% in the very near future!

Well, I’m back on my two a day schedule. I’m hitting 2 days on and 1 day off but I am still only able to do cardio :( My wrist is still killing me so I am somewhat banking on Motrin, Ice and Rest. Last night I almost talked myself out of going to the gym but I pushed myself out the door and knocked out 30min of cardio burning 400cals. Not my best night but then again, I almost didn’t go!
