Shoulders
Friday, February 27th, 2009My wrist is nearly back to 100% Baby!!!!!! I completely demolished my shoulders today and followed up my workout with my own little homemade muscle shake
It’s actually nothing special, it’s 3 bananas, 2scoops protein 1tbsp natural PB, ice and water. Tonight I’ll strap on my snow boots and knock out some cardio by treading some snow!
