Well, I just turned in my bio for the Amateur of the week for BB.com!  I finally did it   It took awhile but it is truly an honor to be recognized by the best bodybuilding site on the web today!  Hopefully my profile will be posted within the next 8-14weeks, yeah it’s a long time but I have no problem waiting my turn.

At first I wasn’t sure but now I am positive I will come in just right for the show in July!  I’m back on cell mass and I’m recovering much faster.  I was damn tired after the June show but I am right back in stride with my gains–I think I’m hitting the weights even harder now than before.

Well technically I’m sitting at 4 weeks and 3 days but whose counting?  lol

I can’t wait, although it’s getting tough for me due to my work schedule and military training events popping up on me.  At the very least I want to come in 1-2% lower in body fat! That’s a lot considering that I have to maintain my shape from this last show.  Let’s see what happens!

It was a good show and the crowd was great! I am very motivated to eat this cake and press on to compete at the Tokyo show in July (without the cake of course). I am very satisfied and extremely focused on one last show for the yr.

My Bodybuilding Club did Great! The ladies look AWESOME and my buddies came in shredded! I hope they are all proud of what they did tonight…We came in and represented.
