Finally, ppl are interested in bodybuilding out here! Yessss! hahaha. So far we have 12 heads and I can see more coming. Time will tell how many can with stand the torture of diet and training pre contest!

Well ever since the show and coming back to my second home that some like to call the “gym” I have ran into all kinds of people interested in getting in the sport of bodybuilding! It’s awesome I’ve actually been anxious to get back in to top shape again. I still have my priorities in order and I’m maintaining my clean bulk diet, I won’t make the same errors as last year. I will stay leaner than last yr, I feel that will work best for me for the next show. I know it’s very premature but I just can’t wait to start shredding down and getting in better shape than I was for this past show!
