Saturday, May 26th, 2007

I’m am offically 9weeks out from my first BB comp! I’ve been really busting my ass in and out the gym! My eating is on point, my training is still heavy and intense and I’ve been getting some good cardio in every week as well! I’ll have new pics posted in my photo gallery tonight!

Whole Eggs

Saturday, May 5th, 2007

I just read the interview on the "Mountain Man" and his thoughts on whole eggs. I couldn’t agree with the man more! I still do not understand why some competitors (or anyone) would seperate the yolk from the egg??? Arnold didn’t do it and he won plenty of titles…There are plenty of other names out there who has done the sam but theres no need in name dropping for this post. While in this cuttng phase I still plan to eat whole eggs and keep fruit in my diet. Of course when it comes down to the wire in the last few weeks I will really make drastic modifications in my carb intake. Heres a sample of my daily diet plan.

Meal 1 - 48g protien shake/ orange

Train

Meal 2 - 5whole eggs/ 2servings cream of wheat/ 24g protein shake

Meal 3 - two turkey burgers (no bread)/ 1 cup brown rice

Meal 4 - Chicken breast/ broccoli/ brown rice

Meal 5 - 48g protein shake/ orange

Meal 6 - Chicken breast/ broccoli/ tablespoon of natural peanutbutter

Meal 7 - 48g casien protein shake

On high carb days I just add more fruit and maybe 2-3 tablespoons of honey tomy teas (Yes I drink tea all day long).

Water intake - 1.5 - 2gallons

Vitamins - Calcium+VitmainD/ Multi vitamin/ Super Omega (Flax&Fish)/ Glucosmine+MSM/ Zinc/ Magnesium/

Supps - Xtend/ Whey Protein/ Coffee, yup, I figure I get the sameenergy boost from coffee as I do from a $50+ energy booster! savings $45 a month!!! Haha…It’s worth it . I will however purchase L-arginine soon, I think it’ll help ou in the long haul.
