Wow!
Monday, February 26th, 2007I totally BLASTED my legs this morning by switching up just afew things! On leg press I alternated a narrow and wide stance completing a full range of motion on each rep. To me, this morning, every rep counted! Man did I feel it. From there I hit some stiff leg dead lifts follow by Smith machine step ups! This really worked my Hams! I kept one foot on the box and one on the ground, I lounged as deep as I could for a full stretch and I exploded up on the box with 185 on my back! I felt great!
Also my wife has been hardcore on her new diet/exercise program and she has lost 6lbs and 2 1/2" off her waist in just a week! I think it was due time for her to lose weight! After our second child shes been holding steady weight around 180 or so (She wont tell me) and she is extremly motivated! I love it!
