Ok, today was a little better, it was a dayoff from the gym as well. It seems as i the queezy feeling has left (which is good), I took a before picture and I will post pics weekly to show progress if any.
I ae clean all day except for dinner, my wife was feeling a little own so I ook the fam out for some Italian (Japanese Style…lol) well the food wasn’t that good so I ate less than half of my plate,I figure I’ll try something a little healthier in an hour. Taking my 3rd dose of FYRE right now…

Still feeling a little wierd taking this supp, Had a very HARDCORE workout today! Reading the Book "One More rep" has really helped me step up the intensity in my training! As for FYRE, I will give it one week,if I still feel like crap I’m going to end the usage….I laid back on all other supps and coffee (Not that I’m a big coffee drinker). I’m only taking in Whey, Fish oil, Mutli V, Creatine and FYRE…..I laid off the extra Vitamin C/E, MSM and Calcium pills….Hopefully this will make a difference. I’ve read in morethan a few journals on the forums that you should experience more sweat than normal and even a burning sensation in your stomach. Hopefully i’ll see those results sometime this week! Still got high hopes, and I won’t be too discouraged on the queezy feelings yet. I’m thinking my body just has to adjust.

Ok here’s a run down of Day 1:
I took my first dosage of FYRE after my morning workout, afterwards I had a very good surge of energy and ended up cleaning the whole downstairs of my house. The wife loved it (lol). Buuuuuuut after the second dosage I started to feel a little crappy, stomach felt uneasy. The last dosage I got the same uneasy feeling once again that almost made me want to stop using the supp…But 15-20min later all was well and I got a kick of energy that led to me doing 30min on the bike (not bad).
what I think:
I think I should have started with 1 pill 3X a day instead of 2pills at a time (Max dosage). I probably didn’t give myself enough time to get use to the supp which ened up upsetting my stomach. Hey it happens…..Becaue of the energy I’ll keep going, I may even lower the dosage for this first week and add more as time goes by.

Day 1:
Took my first two doses of FYRE today, so far everything feels normal, I’m usually always alert so I haven’t seen much of a difference in that area. I’m sure if this supp is any good I’ll start feeling some kind of effect this week. I’ve heard some good and some "Ok" reports on this supp, I’ll be as descriptive as possible thoughout the month.

Well I finally got in my bottle of FYRE compliments of Syntrax today! I think I’m one of their last testers for the new product. For those interested I plan n posting the "real deal" on this supp, no lies, no hype, no B.S. If it’s good I’ll definitely let it be known but if it’s just another pill I do everybody a favor and keep it real. I for one know the fat burners on the market are far from being some magic pills that will just shred me to where i need to be, but I do believe some will give me that extra edge I need when cutting! I won’t change my exercise habits or eating habits, everything will stay the same, I want to make sure all new results are coming from the pill and nothing else…..Day 1 starts tomorrow!

Have you ever had such an a** Kickin’ workout that when you were finished all you could do was sit down a kinda laugh at yourself…Today was one of those days, I have no dea what came over me but I hit the weights HARD! Here’s what I did:
Squats: 335 X 5-8reps X 5sets On the last set I somehowpumped out 8reps!!! and being he short guy that I am I always go just below parrallel.
1 leg -leg press: 275 X 8reps X5sets , after each set I set my feet wide and pressed out 15-20reps and finished each set off with calve raises.
1 leg lying leg curls: 90lbs X 5-8reps X 4sets - By now my Hams are Burnin!!!
Walking BB Lunges - 135x 10lunges each leg X 4 sets…Lunges are always a great finisher for legs IMO.
I still wish i had a training partner to push me to my limits but until then I’m going to train smart and train hard!

Training legs was no joke today! Heres what I did:
Hacks (feet close) - 305 X 8sets for 8 reps
1 leg - leg press - 225 X 8 sets for 8 reps
Dead lift - 315 X 5 sets for 8 reps
smith Lunges with leg on bench - 135 X 8sets for 8 reps
I was completely wiped out after this! I was supposed to hit the bike but Time was against me, but I’ll definitely hit it after work!

Alright ppl, it’s time for a news update—Todays was chest and biceps and things went by very smoothly…If you read some of my earlier post I was struggling with the decline bb press a few weeks ago. Well today it was time to go back at it, even though I really didn’t want to due to my poor results from my last attempt. To my surprise my strength boosted unbeliveably (Compared to my last lift) and I owe it all to Z-Muscle!!!!! LoL….J/k….No really, I’m starting to think the decline bench I used today was angled differently. I mean I went from struggling with 185lbs a few weeks ago to absolutly BLASTING 225lbs with no sweat! Ok maybe a little sweat but not much!
I didn’t blast my biceps like I really should have due to time constraints, but I figured tomorrow would be a good make up day for it.
My weight is coming along great! I started gaining at 174 and now I’m a whooping 188lb! Whoot Whoot! hahaha…Not bad huh? I think a can add just a few more lbs before Apr 8th.

My good friend Tonigal69 helped me figure some things out about myself, some things that my training buddies never really brought out to me….You know when you asked to be critiqued and buddies tell you "You look great" "wouldn’t change a thing"…..Well of course I know theres a lot of work to be done and Toni hooked a brotha up! Man lt me tell you, she tore me aprat! lol….She was real tactful though, I actually have a new found motivation to wrok harder and learn more!
Wel, I am EXTREMLY sore from my Shoulder/ Lower back training! I finally gave in and started pressing with the smith machine (which I never do), and I loved it! Man, I di some seated shoulder presses and my reps couldn’t have been better! It’s tough whn certain free weight lifts aggrevate your muscles, but the smith machine elimiated that immediately for me!
I’m going to keeping training hard and making gains!

Wow, a syntrax rep is giving me the opportunity to try ot FYRE, a new fat burner on the block! My wife and I are a little excited about trying this product out and seeing what kind of results we’ll achieve, I’ll keep track of my daily progress right here on the blog, keep an eye out for it!
