Hittin it HARD!!!
Thursday, November 30th, 2006Alright IronHeads, today is the begining of my HIGH rep month! That’s right, Dec. I’m lowering the weights just enough to hit 10-15 reps on every set! If I go any higher than 15reps the weights are too light, and nobody grows on light weights!
Todays workout: I Blasted Shoulders and Traps that looked a little like this….(I’m only listing final sets)
Smith Barbell Shrugs: 275 X 12 Lat raises/ Front raises - 30X 10 (Super set)
1arm Rear Delt Raise: 30X 15 Arnold Presses: 35 X 12
By my last exercise my Shoulders were on FIRE! I haven’t done more than 10 reps of anything in the past 2months! and the intensity really Shock my muscles! I think I’ll post a few shoulder pics on my profile tonight.
