Extreme Serenity
Friday, May 11th, 2007We all have either been in to a bodybuilding contest or have seen one. In the evening show competitors are give a few seconds to do their own origional routines. I am doing a contest soon and i want to win the best poser prize money. I want to know what type of routines are good for getting the crowd and the judges attention? bearing in mind that i don’t have much size please help me… should i flow slowly and serenely or show i flow with power and strength?
