LOse fat-gain muscle
Friday, December 14th, 2007OK, you should weight train for not more than 45 min per session, or your muscles start eating themselves or something like that, right?
I do cardio everyday for about 36-40 mins to help me burn fat. Even though I only do 22 mins of cardio before my leg workout (to warm up), I’m afraid that my legs are getting tired on a daily basis and I can not lift as heavy. should I reduce cardio time or eliminate a couple of days?
eat less and do less cardio? what do you think I should do?
