WOOOOHOOOOO! I cannot express how happy I am today after finally scaling myself yesterday at the gym and almost not believing my eyes. It has taken me about 4 months to be able to put on about 5lbs which has been so damn hard but I finally passed my goal of being over 180lbs. I am in the best shape I ever been and all the peeps at the gym respect me more and ask for advice always. There is no better feeling looking at yourself in the mirror and having a big smile on your face because you like what you see. Now I know what that’s like.
I was doing some pullups on that day and I noticed that I was struggling because I felt heavier so I was thinking to myself: "What’s going on? I can’t do pullups as well but my exercises are getting easier…hmm, I must be weighting more." During the last 6 months, I’ve been stocking up much more protein and been doing some more cardio as well. I’m much more defined than I was before and look bigger due to the definition. I never thought I could put on so much muscle in 6 months but I never doubted myself, went to the gym on times when I LEAST felt like, skipped going out many times and stuck it out. Gaining about 4 LBS in 6 months to me is really impressive and I’ll always believe I can achieve anything as long as I put my mind and heart to it.
So to all of you hard gainers, TRAIN HARD, EAT WELL, AND SLEEP WELL!!!

Hey everyone,
I been recovering from a strange injury to my left leg. It happened very randomly and I didn’t feel the pain until later. At first it was my ankle that was sprained and then when that healed up my calf and hamstring muscles got strained badly. It’s been getting better during the 2 weeks period that I been in and out of the gym. It has been really really difficult on me to stay on top of my job since I have moron co workers who don’t know what it’s like to have a pulled calf and hamstring muscle (maybe I should give them one so they know how it’s like)…and being out of the gym has been killing me. I feel like I’m falling back and I hate that feeling. As of today I can walk better, and there is much less pain overall (especially not sensitive to touch anymore). There is no longer a real need for pain killers which I been taking quiet a lot also. I can honestly say that this has been the most annoying and painful experience I had to go through (my broken left arm came close which caused me discomfort for an entire year). Not being able to walk, not being able to stand anywhere even for a minute, not being able to hold your girlfriend and not being able to workout at the gym has been a really horrible experience. This has been a wake up call to me that I really need to lower my weights especially for my back since the doctor said the problem is caused by your back.
*sigh*….I can’t wait to hit the weights tomorrow and do some good mad chest destruction. The one thing I’m happiest about has been my supportive and understanding girlfriend. If you’re reading this, thank you kyank.

Results are now coming. I’m really excited and happy about it. My chest has increased in size and also my back. I’m definitely going to do a 5-6 weeks run.

Really excited today. I got my Epidrol in the mail finally and I started a 30/30/30/30 mg cycle today. Just had some peanut butter sandwitch, took my pre workout supplement, protein, and about to go hit the weights. Will post back with how the day went at the gym later when I come back!

Did some massive back exercise coming back from being sick. Gotta say, I love wearing the tank tops I got from gymwear from bb.com. Awesome stuff and looks great when you have a body to show for. Tomorrow is shoulders.

Feeling better today. No running nose, just some icky stuff coming out of my throat and the fever is decreasing. I should be good to go tomorrow and hit the weights hard.

I knew the damn air conditioner at work would get me sick. It was just waiting to happen, *sigh*. I got a fever and running nose with occasional sneezing which did sorta stop since I woke up this morning. Took some relief medicine last night and went to bed. Called out of work, impossible to go to work in this condition. Hopefully I’ll feel better by next 2 days.

Had plenty of good rest today and yesterday (saturday). I felt like I needed to throw some fats in my body and hit BJ’s with my friends, eat like a pig and relax rest of the day. I don’t feel guilty at all hehe. I ate so much, wow. I tell you, on the days you’re off, your appetite is huge and even bigger on working out days!! Tomorrow it’s going to be chest day. I’m going to do more dumbbells now during these next 3 weeks and less machines.
