Overtrain much!??!
It’s going to be a full day of training! First I have yoga training, then my regular hour-long shoulder workout. Next(in the evening) I teach a step aerobics class AND right after a spin class!! Thank goodness that’s not a normal day!! I started back teaching aerobics/spin two nights a week (4 total classes) and have really been burning some calories! Unfortunately, I’ve been eating them too. I’m trying to lean up but still fuel my workouts so I have enough energy…all without putting on more FAT!! Yoga is a new addition and a definite challenge. I’ll be attending Yogafit level 1 (my gym is paying for it!!) and hopefully willl have my certification in it. It’s not my "strong point" but I’m always up for the challenge…just don’t ask me to stand on my head!! (At least, not yet!) Happy training!

Its easy to over do it . I am close to 40 and I need more rest between workouts than ever before.

No cheese but I am a man that believes that in looking at the end result. Your end result looks stunning, You would stop traffic. Very athleic but natural beauty too.
