Wow!! Hubby convinced me to pyramid my pullups (8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6!! 53 total reps!!) Increased my total reps by 13!! Also did barbell deadlifts for the first time in as long as I can remember, anyways
!! Thanks Sches for the suggestion! Even though we went to the gym later than normal, it turned out to be an excellent workout! As my "friends" know, I’ve been trying to hit the back hard and I can honestly say that today was "IT"!! Pullups, deadlifts, close-grip pulldowns, bentover DB rows, straight arm pulldowns, …Whew!! I’ll definitely be sore tomorrow (Just in time for legs…UGH!!) Can’t wait!
