Today was a good, relaxing day off! Normally it’s hard to not feel guilty about taking time off (just a little obsessive!!). But I feel well rested and ready for tomorrow!!

Most people under estimate the rest phase of working out is just as important as the exercise phase. Its hard to do especially if you’re a gym rat. I feel your pain, welcome to BB.

Glad to see you are feeling better. It’s always nice to get back to the gym after being sick. Have a good workout today!
