Today was a good, intense workout. After fighting this cold for almost two weeks, I feel that I’m FINALLY back on track. It’s really hard to add muscle mass but I’m hoping with the addition of Cellmass, decreased cardio, and heavier weights, I’ll see some change.

Thanks!! But I’d still like a little more muscle!
