Competition - 9 weeks + 2 days
I have decided to compete. I actually had made up my mind a few months ago for this competition, but I wanted to be 100% certain I was going to do it before I spread the news online. I think it will be a great learning experience for me. There has been so much I have learned in the past few months, and now, with dieting down, I am learning new things every day. I would love any information you have about your pre-comp diet. I will be uploading pictures on Saturday, and then hopefully every Saturday after that until the show. I feel like I have an unbelievable amount of weak points on my body, but I shall do my best anyway. Today I missed the gym because I had to move, but tomorrow I will finish out my week with shoulders and arms as well as those pesky calves. I will update everyone on tomorrow’s workout. This is exciting news - unfortunately, I’ve never competed and can’t be of much help as you move through the next 9 weeks other than to cheer you on. Remember, the first time out is just that - a first time. It’s about learning and figuring out what your body can do more than about winning (though a trophy is nice, too). You’ll do great! I look forward to living vicariously through your experiences the next couple of months. Keep up the great work!

Good luck on your competition bro. i’ve never competed as well and I agree with Dpaul comment. I’m glad that you’ll share your experience so others can learn as well.
