Competition - 8 weeks +5 days

I got my pictures up from the other day, and I am decently happy with how I look.  I am competing in the novice division, and I hope to cut down to lightweight.  It will either be that or I will be one light middleweight.  I realized while taking the pictures that I need to practice my posing.  Not only to get the poses down correctly but also to learn to hold everything tight for long periods of time.  The diet is going well too.  It will get a little harder in a few weeks when I have to start school, but I will just have to take all my food with me and eat every couple of hours.  Please let me know anything in my progress pictures that needs work.  I want to hear anything from posing form to problem areas.  I know I have a lot of them, but maybe some fresh eyes can show me something else I need to be working on.  I will keep you posted.  Peace.

Competition - 9 weeks

So I was hoping to get some pictures uploaded today, but I will not be able to.  I moved yesterday, and I don’t exactly have internet at my place yet.  I will be taking pictures today and posting them once I get that hooked up.  Today was an alright day at the gym.  I wasn’t supposed to go today, but the gym was closed yesterday so…  I worked arms, and I needed to get some shoulders in too, but I just ran out of steam.  Changing my diet is taking a little getting used to.  I have a meeting on Monday to check my body composition, so I should have more information then.  Until then, I hope to talk to you, but don’t know when and where I will be able to use the internet.  Peace.

Competition - 9 weeks + 2 days

I have decided to compete.  I actually had made up my mind a few months ago for this competition, but I wanted to be 100% certain I was going to do it before I spread the news online.  I think it will be a great learning experience for me.  There has been so much I have learned in the past few months, and now, with dieting down, I am learning new things every day.  I would love any information you have about your pre-comp diet.  I will be uploading pictures on Saturday, and then hopefully every Saturday after that until the show.  I feel like I have an unbelievable amount of weak points on my body, but I shall do my best anyway.  Today I missed the gym because I had to move, but tomorrow I will finish out my week with shoulders and arms as well as those pesky calves.  I will update everyone on tomorrow’s workout.  Wish me luck.
