I recently just started doing a "big arms in 8 weeks" workout training split and right now it is going very well for me.
day 1 - chest / triceps
day 2 - back/ biceps
day 3 - shoulders
day 4 - Legs
day 5 - off
day 6 - biceps/triceps
day 7 - off
