Veteran Wisdom, Why Share? Angry too!

Monday, August 17th, 2009

Today i came home to a big pile of dog puke all over the bed sheets that i washed yesterday, not really upset about that.  I threw them in the wash only to come home to find them in the sink.  The other roomie was too ignorant to put them in the dryer.  Myself was considerate enough to put his clothes in the dryer prior to myself putting my bed sheets in the was.  Ignorant POS, I cannot wait until i move.

I came home from the gym only to find that the neighbor was hosting their church group.  Old people cannot park.  One car should not consume 3 spaces.

After i walk the dog i find that the city of baltimore wants me to pay a parking fine dated 1/16/09 for tags that were put on my car in july 09.  if time travel were possible i sure as **** wouldn’t travel to baltimore in january.  i should i pay a fine for the previous holder of these tags.

*sigh*  i was able to resist smoking a cigar to relax me.  So know i sit here writing something nobody will read.  everyday i surf through the exercise forum on the site.  like i have said in the past the ideas/concepts/beliefs expressed there are really dumb.  let me elaborate, i’ve been lifting weights going on 17 years now, i’ve learned a lot, its a huge trial and error process.  certain movements took years to learn and master.  daily i watch people do motions of an exercise but they really aren’t doing it, they are doing a motion, they aren’t taking the time to feel the muscle stretch and contract they are just moving.  so how much of what i know do i share?  should i continue to help others?  they don’t seem as if they listen anyway so why bother?

hopefully i sleep this off.

Changed my diet, lost 5 pounds.  My umbilical hernia is a lot more noticable since i’m dropping stomach fat.  Same old grind and same old bad mood.

Fixed my server; finally.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

That basically sums it all up.  Been a while since I posted anything basically because this site is a HOOOOGE waste of my time other than keeping in touch with several good people.  So lets streamline everything since my last post back in October 2008.

1. October dad died, cancer, **** happens.

2.  December truck broke down, took $4500 to fix it but it now makes over 600HP; gotta love diesel technology.  Your NOT diesel unless your driving one.

3.  February finalized my divorce, VERY HAPPY!

4. February truck broke again, took $7000 to fix, now has full billet transmission that will handle 1000HP; more room to play.

5.  Februrary mastercard has high balance…………………….. Credit rating still over 750

6.  May stopped going to the Iron Pit because somebody was stabbed out in the parking lot

7.  June sold boat, after two years on the market its gone; i miss it but glad its gone.

8.  July bought a SRT8 Charger, ****er is FAST!

9.  July found umbilical hernia, can be seen in my main profile pic if you look at my naval its there on the left side, look close

Well that sums up the past few months, nothing very exciting its been up and down.  Waiting for my pre-opp appointment with the sugeon on Aug 9th so he can stuff my guts back into my intestinal cavity.  Surpisingly there is no discomfort and i didn’t notice it for months.  My general doctor stated its small and wasn’t concerned when i told him i wasn’t easing up my workouts any.  I expect 4 to 7 days of rest prior to getting back into the gym post opp; thus i will be on a feeding frenzy those days.

I’ve also been job hunting back home in northwest pennsylvania.  I hate winter but i’m tired of living in baltimore.  The amount of homicides in baltimore per week is more than home experiences in an entire year, my taxes will be cut in a 1/3rd, i will be with my family *no family in baltimore* and i can get back into training how i like.

I’m going to try the LGScience trifecta post surgery as well………….
