Often copied, never duplicated

I really hesitated to write anything on this blog.  It appears if you aren’t in the "top ten" that your profile won’t get much attention.  So I question myself why I would even bother posting any info, more than likely it won’t be read.  I would imagine a crappy author ponders the same thoughts while they write a new novel.

Gym advice.  I see a lot of beginers ask other members questions.  Personally i would never ask another person for advice or information unless they had big forearms and thick traps.  I’m not going to elborate why unless you ask.

Chains:  Its still amusing how i get laughed at by the lardasses playing hamster on the treadmill when i walk into the gym dragging my chains.  In the end i’m the one laughing because i did something.  You kicked your legs over a motor powered belt and i moved a lot of steal.  Laugh all you want.

Good read, one; because it is true.

You work hard and others laugh at you.

Two: we don’t get much attention. Unless you have like amazing abdominals or something, or post a lot on the forum.

I’d ask the person with the big forearms … don’t know about the traps, though :-P

On a slightly more serious note, this site has pages upon pages of latest photos and latest avatars, but the blog section is a short snapshot of about 10 blogs. It’s easy to keep track of people who update their photographs, it’s not the same for blogs. It WOULD be nice if one could see any sort of update of a person on their ‘friends’ list.
