Today i got a nice email from the site’s admin asking me where my ever so popular "bodyblog" hasn’t been updated. Somedays i don’t have anything to say, get over it admin,
Okay, sometimes you need to re-invent your routines and attitudes you bring into the front door of your gym or into the room/space you work out in. Doing the same thing repeated gets stale, your body gets stale when your mind gets stale so you are in constant need of change. Your duration of change will vary but it was time that i changed a few things. I’m still starting off my workouts with some power lifting. I started using chains which gives me a constant increase in resistance throughout the entire range of motion. I have also begun to superset more. "and thats all i got to say about that"
