I went to bed extra early only to have the dog wake me up around 12:30am, for no reason either he just decided he wanted to go outside and sit there. So I ate in light of not being thrilled about being awake. So I forced myself out of bed at 5:30 to put he last coat of poly-seal on my boat trailer, the same boat trailer with less than 1000 miles on it and started to rust, amazing.
Monday was shoulders, started things off typically with some snatches then cleans-n-press follwed up with chains on overhead presses and the dumbell work. I often wonder if people realize how important strong traps and rear delts are in keeping your shoulders together, by that i mean not ripping rotator cuffs and other crippling damage. Funny how most can bench and squat but thier traps and rear delts suck.
Tis the season for doush bags to flood the gym, not put thier shit back and spend all thier time doing more BS than actual training. This isn’t like planting a garden and watching it bloom in a matter of weeks, i’ve been torturing myself for over 15 years now; find a genie if you think it will happen over night.
Off to the kitchen for b-fast then on the beltway for work, which reminds me I need diesel for the truck so I need to go get raped over the fuel station first.
