Saturday, June 14th, 2008I just want to take the time to thank all of you who have supported me and encouraged me to be the best I can be. It’s you guys and girls who keep me going out there!! Health and fitness is something I am very passionate about and I feel blessed to be able to do what I do. Helping others achieve their goals any way I can is something I love to do. To train others and provide others with training and nutritional information as a part time job makes me the happiest person in the world! I remember first logging on to BodySpace a year ago and being in complete aww of all of the incredible looking physiques on here! It was something I wanted sooo bad, so I said to myself.."I gotta train harder, 5 times a week instead of 3..I need to do my research on supplements that work..I need to throw out my current diet and tighten it up..and I NEED TO STAY CONSISTENT". You’ve got to give it your all, no excuses. If you want something bad enough, go out and get it!
