BodySpace Photoshoot for IronMan Magazine..
Well…just got contacted by Ian L. Sitren from SecondFocus Photography who will be shooting me out in the desert in Palm Springs this weeked for a BodySpace ad that will be featured in IronMan Magazine. I am very excited and hope the weather holds up as this will take place outside…if worst comes to worst we may shoot in a gym out there…not 100% sure as this will be up to Ian. I will make sure to post how it went..

Your determination in staying health and eating the right foods give me hope that I to am able to accomplish the goal of losing 30 pounds. The question I would like to ask is how is you exercise regment is design for instance do you work your chest on mondays and legs on tuesdays. I really would like your advice on losing this 30 pounds and staying lean.
