NOTES: Good workout! I enjoyed it. I think I may need to not wear the weight vest at all times. My neck is bothering me. Giving me some nerve pain in my left arm. Anyways, I’m working on it. Hopefully, I’ll be better soon. I need to really tighten up my diet. I gained 2 1/2lbs this past week. I’ve reached some psychological wall. Everytime I go below 210#, I gain weight to take me back over that. I have to remain focused and stay on my diet.
