NOTES: That was a much better workout. I finished right around 60 minutes. I was wasted! I’m still hurting (in a good way)! My back and shoulders still burn from those KB Snatches. My abs are still weak, but improving. I try to keep the ab work to a minimum and not work them hard. I don’t want the muscles to thicken, but I do want them stronger. I think I’m going to be playing primarily in the goal when I resume my soccer career, so I need the better core. I’m going to need that regardless of where I play.

NOTES: I haven’t been sleeping well recently. I’ve been waking up tired and lethargic. A friend said it might be a blocked airway that’s keeping me from sleeping well. She suggested I elevate my head to keep the airway open. Any other suggestions out there? I’m afraid of affecting my workouts if I don’t start getting proper rest. Also, I can’t go without my tunes! They’re back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
