My purpose with this blog is to post my workouts and give others who may not have thought of these types of workouts a change of pace to what they normally do.
Although my main concern is dropping weight and bodyfat, I want to maintain my strength and power. To that end, I also incorporate Olympic and powerlifting lifts into my routine. I have to do more running and will also add that to my regimen. Please feel free to add any comments or suggestions you may have. I don’t have a monopoly on good ideas!
