Muscle Guru Interviews e-book

Sunday, September 7th, 2008

IRON MAN has a new Muscle Guru Interviews e-book, which has interview material with us about our X-Rep and POF training.  Because of that, they’ve given us temporary rights to it, but only for about the next month or so.  Along with our interviews, there’s a Q&A with Dante (know for his DoggCrapp [DC] Training), Eric Broser (of Power/Rep Range/Shock fame) and Jerry Brainum (IRON MAN’s key bodybuilding researcher and nutrition expert).

For now, the Muscle Guru Interviews e-book is only available through us at X-Rep.com, and we’re not sure what they have planned for it after the 30 days they’ve given it to us for, but we have it for $29.95 (it’s worth $39.95). If you’re interested in building the most muscle mass as fast as possible, it’s a must read. Since this is only temporary, we’re not doing a page for it, but you can click the link below to get a copy:

New Muscle Transformations…

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

Based on a lot requests from readers of our e-books and blogs, we’ve just finished up our latest e-book, which is geared towards both novices and anyone coming back after a layoff from the gym, or just gregouping for bigger gains and starting fresh.

It includes printable workout templates: the 2-week Break-In Phase, 6-week Fast-Mass Program and an alternate 6-week All-Dumbbell Program perfect for minimal-equipment workouts in the gym or home (using only dumbbells, a bench and our DXO technique, you can train every major muscle). This e-book also includes full-color anatomy charts to show you the target muscles, start/finish illustrations and descriptions for every exercise (printable for in-the-gym reference) and a big Q&A section (with a meal-by-meal diet, cardio tips and an eye-opening look at key research studies–like how light weights can build muscle).
