There's something about a good night of sleep that I never really noticed until having a child. I woke up fully charged today and ready to take on the iron. Add to that the fact that the gym was almost empty and it made for an intense and perfect training day...

Summary: Everythngn felt great and the pump was fantastic today. The only change I made was on midback, and that was to use the Hammer Strength Low row machine for midgrange work. I've been using, and prefer, the high version, but decided on a bit of variety to involve traps and rear delts a bit more. Nice change and I'll probably alternate that in when back gets hit twice per week.
