As expected, I'm incredibly sore from yesterday's leg workout. Luckily that doesn't affect much today aside from the pads on the lat pulldown compressing against sore quads. Focus today was about as good as it gets and I was able to feel each muscle group doing it's job, as well as push a bit outside of my comfort boundaries to use a little more weight and squeeze out extra reps...

Summary: I went up in weight on all the midrange exercises, but still managed the same reps as on Monday. Also decided to do my Concentration curls with no support rather than the back of my arm laying against my leg. Felt them much better this way and the peak was much more pronounced. Will definitely keep those in the mix for a while.
