We added an exercise to lats and tacked on soleus work today, so it was a longer session than usual, but the resulting pump got the arm vascularity streaking…

While this workout is somewhat grueling with all the pressing and rack pulling, we drive hard because we enjoy the full pump in our pecs, delts and triceps–we always feel much bigger leaving the gym…
